Integrator Support Engineer

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


Technical support for our partners during the solution integration phase – collaboration with developers, issue analysis.

Analysis of productive issues for existing partner integrations.

QA support: regression testing of the partner-facing interfaces, UAT for new functionalities in this area.

Maintenance and development of partner-facing tools and documentation.

Participation in shaping of processes and procedures related to new integrations implementation.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS


Ability to work with code (mainly Java, Kotlin).

Basic knowledge of mobile device programming.

Basic understanding of SQL.

Familiarity with REST technologies and testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, Swagger) .

Experience with GitLab tool.

Fluency in English.

Strong communication skills and willingness to work directly with clients.

Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Nice to have

Experience with tools such as Jira, Kibana.

Experience with IT system integration topics.

Experience in the financial or payment industry
